Thought-- if ladies were dudes, menstrual paraphernalia would be so much cooler. Can you imagine? There wouldn't be these pastel colors and flowers and pearls and ~have a happy period~. The box would be FIRE ENGINE RED and spattered with blood with like, a starved tiny baby on the front with letter shaped like lightning bolts and they scream FUCK YOURSELF, UTERUS! I just finished my final assessment in my last graduate class. I still have one more tiny assignment to do, but that will take me very little time at all. I'm still unsure how I feel about all of this. At five o'clock today, I'll be done with my master's. Next stop: DOCTOR MANDA

If you haven't heard, there's a new way for fans to connect in the Phantom world at BlogTalkRadio.com. We've started a new Internet Talk Radio Show, which debuted last week. I would like to thank everyone for catching our first show live on July 11th. We had a few technical difficulties with sound qualities with my co-host being out of town, but all will be clear this coming week July 18 @ 5 p.m. PST. I cannot believe how many people showed up! We had 19 streaming the show live, and nearly half were in our chat room. 112 have downloaded the archived show within one week. We even had listeners from England and Spain and two brave callers joined us live. We've been flooded with emails this week with comments full of kudos and requests to be on the show. Saturday, July 18 our show will broadcast live at 5:00 p.m. PST. We have a new introduction by the Phantom himself that will knock your socks off and give you chills. The man who did the vocals will be our guest. The second half of the show we will open the lines and talk about Christine Daae, so be ready for a lively discussion! WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO: drive to the grocery store and pick up some dinner supplies for me and my mom as one of her numerous Tests of Womanhood or Trials of Leaving the Nest WHAT HAPPENED: I bought five bottles of Jarritos and a pound of sweet potato fries because that's all I can afford when you're not paying for food, Mom Whatever, dinner was a delicious affair. |

The only dreams I've had all week are WDW ones. It's like my subconscious is trying to torture me... Honestly though, it's probably because I need to go back after the bullshit that happened this week. I was basically told I wasn't welcome back at SW after my two months off are over. It's masked in my availability not fitting, but I feel pretty sure that it's because I threaten certain people there. I also figured this would be the perfect time to finally go to HR to let them know about all of the crazy shit that's been going on since Maria left. The HR rep was very concerned about some of the stuff I told her. There's going to be actions taken. I wish I'd have gone sooner to be honest. Though it looks up because on Monday, I GO SIGN MY CONTRACT WITH EDGEWOOD!So Hakuna Matata bitches.

C'est l'occasion en or pour practiquer mon francais (et mon dieu, j'ai besoin de l'exercice). Pas d'accents parce que je ne sais pas d'HTML. Incroyable! J'ai decide ecrire un post de la fete nationale maintenant, et quand j'ai arrive au LJ cet question est ici! Quelquefois, LJ pose les questions super. Ah bon! Ce soir, je donnerai une fete avec mes amis du theatre. Apres la repetition nous irons chez moi et regarderons les films francais, comme << Amelie >> ou << Paris, Je t'Aime >>, peut-etre. Hier, j'ai fait une tarte de tomate et un gateau chocolat (j'ai ecrit << vive la france >> en glacage sur le gateau). Enfin, le question. J'aime toutes les choses qui sont francais, bien sur! En l'honneur de cet jour, je poste un extrait du << Casablanca >> parce qu'il ai le plus patriotique scene de beaucoup des films. Je pleure chaque fois que je le regarde. C'est magnifique. Et parce que je peux le faire... voici: CES SOIREES LA. Il ne viellir JAMAIS!! (Nous le ecouterons a la fete ce soir!) Mon francais est terrible, mais je suis jeune. J'ameliorerai! |

I now own a pair of shorts where my ass hangs out the back. I have assimilated. Umm, not much to say. Still fat, only getting fatter because I am finally driving more places-- this is the upside of Prozac, it not only makes me confident enough to leave me house without bursting into anxious tears, but it occasionally makes me FEARLESS. I only had one or two close calls-- but hey, those kids ran in front of me! I was going under the speed limit, even! Looking both ways, how hard do you have to be trying in order to have a near-miss with someone in a Volvo? My mom is a shrieker, as it turns out, but at least she is not a wheel-grabber-- the wheel-grabbing I can't stand. IDK where my buddies are. Starting summer school tomorrow, that should be a barel of laughs. And...I love Yahtzee Crowshaw. Supernatural needs to start ASAP, and when the hell does True Blood come on. That is all. Today I... ...Got up to episode seven of Torchwood season one and after ripping out some hair and writhing in agony decided to give up trying to watch from the beginning and instead skip straight to the so-called "good stuff" (season three)*. ...Had a man glance sidelong at me in a store as I nattered to myself about how Mr. Goodbar and Dr. Pepper probably know each other before forsaking both for a cookies and cream Hersey's bar and black eyeliner. ...Talked in a silly voice to my cat until he became thoroughly disgusted and let himself outside through our screen door. ...Pulled down my giant Pikachu plush and took ridiculous pictures with him. ...Rediscovered how delicious cherry Coke is. ...Am in love. All in all, a successful day, I think. *If it's any consolation, Torchwood fans, I did enjoy parts of season two. Too bad Tosh was one of my favorite characters. >:
